​Laika is a sweet senior girl who is looking for a soft place to land and a loving home to spend her golden years. She has a gentle spirit and would love a calm environment where she can relax and enjoy the simple things in life—like a comfy bed, kind people, and plenty of love. Unfortunately, Laika comes from an abuse situation in her past, which is believed to be the cause of her cauliflower ear, and the vet believes she may have been hit by a car at some point, causing one of her back legs to be damaged. She is on pain meds currently, but that doesn't stop her, especially when it comes to her walkies! Laika just needs someone willing to give a senior dog the patience, care, and love she deserves. If you have room in your heart for a gentle older companion, Laika would be so grateful to call you her family.

Pancake is a part of our Cherokee Litter, who were rescued from an irresponsible breeder in Cherokee. He loves to play and is a feisty little bugger! Pancake unfortunately had to be reclaimed due to not being properly cared for, and he is no longer a fan of men. He is amazing with kids, making him a great family dog! Pancake loves to be outside or snuggled up with his family on the couch! He is a bit timid and will flatten himself like a pancake, hence, his name, but he warms up fast!
