Available Dogs

Zora is a fun, loving, crazy lady! She may be about 2-3 years old, but definitely has puppy mentality and loves to hug her humans! Zora is a German Shepherd mix who was used in backyard breeding and then dumped with her litter of puppies, unfortunately all of which passed away. Zora is short in stature, but offers A LOT of love! She does well with other dogs (as long as introduced properly). She has not had any encounters with cats that we know of, so we really don’t know how she is with them. Little Zora does well with kids. She is very curious and has to sniff everything! Zora loves treats, which is a great motivator for training. She will make a great family dog or make an amazing farm dog! If you can provide Zora with the home she deserves, please apply to adopt her!

Bogey is an adorable boy who is ready for work and play. He just had his first birthday! Bogey does have some training according to his previous owner, but could use some more. He is an AKC registered German Shepherd without papers who was surrendered because he was too playful with the former owner's senior dog. Bogey is quite scared of cats, but he is good with other dogs as long as properly introduced. He has not been tested with children yet, but so far he has been very loving to all people he has met. Odessa is a sweet girl with lots of love to give! She is about 11 months old and has lots of energy as most pups do. Odessa is a German Shepherd who was found roaming the backroads of Sylva. She loves her belly rubs and wants to please her humans! Odessa is not good with cats or livestock, and we feel she would thrive in an only pet home. This little princess is a beautiful girl and with some training would make a great family dog. If you can provide Odessa with the home she deserves, please apply to adopt her!

Bashful is the other twin in our Augusta Litter, who were surrendered by wonderful owners who could not keep them due to illness. As per former owners, dad is an AKC registered all black long-haired GSD, and mom is a black and tan GSD. These puppies did not come with any papers. Bashful is no longer as bashful as he had been when he was younger. He is very playful and loving! Bashful loves to play outside and rough house with his siblings. Squeaky Wheel is a part of our Cherokee Litter, who were rescued from an irresponsible breeder in Cherokee. As per Cherokee Animal Services, mom is an AKC registered all black GSD, and dad is an AKC registered black and tan GSD. These puppies did not come with any papers. Squeaky Wheel is a talker and does not like to be ignored! He loves to play and is a feisty little bugger! Squeaky Wheel is up-to-date on vaccinations and ready for adoption!
